Emergencies: Please call 503-692-3747. If the doctor is out of town, then another pediatric dentist will cover our emergencies for our patients of record.
Appointments: We are generally open on No-School Holidays to assist parents and children in receiving dental care without missing school.
The most popular times for appointments on regular school days are after school. If you would like this time, please book well in advance. Please note that some children will need to miss school for certain types of appointments. Please call 503-692-3747 to schedule an appointment or email us at: appts@ridgley.com.
Cancellation Policy: We make every effort to be on time, we hope that you will also. If you must cancel or change an appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for broken appointments. We do not want to send anyone in pain away because we have no open appointment times. If we know in advance of a cancellation, these children may get care that they may not otherwise receive.
